Pricing
Prices shown on the web site are indicative only and may be changed without prior notice.
All prices will be quoted in Mauritius Rupees and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the ruling rate for rental to be delivered in the Mauritian territory.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash and payment before delivery of the goods via Internet Banking services and bank transfers from both local and overseas clients.
We aim to answer to all emails within twenty-four hours. Delays may, however, arise because of circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Rates
Delivery in Mauritius for rentals exceeding Rs 25,000 in value is made free of charge except for those equipment requiring special transport arrangements and manpower. In such circumstances, a proper quotation will be given to the Client.
Delivery Schedule
You will be informed of the expected delivery date and time of the equipment.
Equipment must be signed for on delivery. They cannot be left by own on an insecure area. For collection the client must show to the delivery personnel, a proof of their identity and/or the original of the rented invoice of equipment rented.
Clients are expected to take delivery on the date it has been agreed. Failure to do so may incur additional charges.
Delivery Times
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the equipment.
Delivery Address
Delivery to another address is subject to our Management’s approval.
Damage in Transit
On delivery, the client should inspect the delivered and/or assembled equipment carefully. Any damage detected should be immediately reported to the delivery personnel and noted in writing on the delivery slip.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that what they are signing for is indeed being delivered.
Complaints
