Tiffen Filters 6.6 x 6.6″ Full Spectrum IRND Filter

The Tiffen 6.6 x 6.6" Full Spectrum IRND Filter is a combination of both an infrared control filter and neutral density filter. An IRND is ideal for HD cameras, which have greater low-light sensitivity and, subsequently, an increased susceptibility to IR contamination. When using a standard neutral density filter to counter the increased light sensitivity afforded by the HD sensor, the effects of infrared pollution become more apparent. This filter combines an ND filter with a comparable IR control filter to eliminate the spill of infrared light reaching the sensor while still maintaining the extra exposure benefits of a neutral density filter. Schneider 4 x 5.65″ Classic Soft Filter

The Schneider 4x5.65" Classic Soft 1/4 Filter produces a classic Old-Hollywood close-up look, with image quality for current Hollywood needs. Would you like to achieve the same tonality as an old image of Cary Grant or Marlene Dietrich? Hundreds of Micro-Lenslets arrayed within each Schneider Classic Soft filter provide a precisely controlled soft image that is overlaid on a sharp, in-focus image. This combination diffuses the image while maintaining overall sharp focus. Schneider calls this Schneider In-focus Diffusion. The number of Micro-Lenslets per square inch determines the image blending effectiveness of each Classic Soft filter. Schneider 4 x 5.65″ Circular True-Pol Circular Polarizer Filter

The True-Pol Circular Polarizer combines our traditional Linear Polarizer with a quarter-wave retarder, which effectively depolarizes the light entering the lens for camera systems that require it.

Tiffen Filters 4 x 5.65″ Ultra Circular Polarizing Filter

Tiffen's Ultra Polarizers polarize light "a little more" than regular polarizers. Light rays which are reflected become polarized. Polarizing filters are used to select which light rays enter your camera lens. They can remove unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water or glass and also saturate colors providing better contrast. The effect can be seen through the viewfinder and changed by rotating the filter. The filter factor varies according to how the filter is rotated and its orientation to the sun. This filter is glass and measures 100 x 140mm (4 x 5.65") x 4mm thick.

Tiffen Filters 4 x 5.65″ Neutral Density Filter

The Tiffen 4 x 5.65" ND Filter is a solid neutral density filter providing a 1+ stop exposure reduction. This creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By slowing your exposure time or increasing your aperture, you are able to control depth of field and convey movement more easily. Neutral density filters do not affect the coloration of the image and are ideal for pairing with other filters.
