The ARRI EL-3 Eyepiece Leveler is just for the levelling rod only. It mounts via a 1/4″-20 threaded mounting screw onto a bracket (not included) on your geared or fluid head. The rod has three sections and allows you to adjust the height of the long eyepiece when mounted on your camera. This enables the eyepiece to remain still while you tilt the camera up or down, giving you a stable viewing position instead of having to move your head with the camera.
