The film “Sign of Good and Bad – Selfi II” is a film in Mauritian Creole featuring Mauritian actors. This crime thriller movie is produced by S Vistas Ltd (Chennai), written and directed by Samar Subramaniam is currently showing in the MCiné theaters of Trianon, Port-Louis and Flacq.

The S. Vistas Ltd team decided to support the Mauritian film industry by making this film in Mauritian Creole with local actors. In addition to Sheryl Smith, the main actress of the film, the other actors are all Mauritians, including Darma Mootien, Deepak Ramsurrun and Hans Aubeeluck.
They had the opportunity to live an enriching experience by benefiting from the technical know-how of the Chennai team. Chennai’s film industry is renowned for fostering a collaborative working environment, where filmmakers, actors and technicians often form tight-knit teams, blending camaraderie and professionalism in a shared commitment to the quality of the final work.
To discover an element of surprise in the film: the song “Mo leker bat pu twa” by singer Laura Beg, interpreted by a dance by actress Carlita Latour accompanied by dancers from the Nalini Dance Group.
